Creators everywhere are dreaming up their own light-bearing heroes, and so much more. The Starseed Registry is how those characters join the Starseed Chronicles universe.

Heroes, villains, shopkeepers, allies, mentors, everyday townsfolk, and mythical creatures are all welcome here.

We are still building the episodes, the game, and the trading cards, so every character that arrives is read with care.

Registry Gallery

Approved characters receive their own card in a public Registry Gallery. Accepted creators also get their own creator card with their socials and links, so the community can find and follow them.

Registry Spotlight

A regular creator spotlight on our X and Facebook pages, shared weekly or every other week, so more of the community can meet your hero.

Collab and promo features

Some characters join special promos, themed collections, and creator collabs across the Infused Lights community.

Crossover consideration

A character could appear in an episode, a story, or on a Starseed Chronicles trading card (TCG). A rare honor, and never guaranteed.

Nothing is promised, but everyone accepted into the Registry gets promoted in some way whenever we can. If we choose your character for the series, we will reach out to collaborate with you on bringing it to life.

If your character becomes a recurring part of the Starseed Chronicles world and the series grows, we will work out a written agreement with you that includes royalties. We believe in lifting up the people who help build this world. Any royalties or payments will be set in that separate written contract.

Before you send

  • Any kind of character. Heroes, villains, shopkeepers, allies, mentors, everyday NPCs, and mythical creatures are all welcome.
  • Original characters only. Please share characters you created yourself, not characters owned by another studio or franchise.
  • Content rules. Keep it fit for an all-ages story. Sexy, flirty, and confident designs are welcome, like corsets, fitted outfits, short skirts, and fantasy costumes, as long as private areas are fully covered. No nudity, no see-through clothing over private areas, and no sexual acts or poses. Any character shown in a sexy or flirty way must clearly be an adult. No hate or gore either. Villains are welcome too, as long as they still fit an all-ages story.
  • You keep ownership. Your character stays yours. We simply ask permission to feature it with credit to you.

Submission limits. Up to 3 characters per creator each calendar month, please. Use one form per character. If you send more, we will review your first 3, and you are welcome to send the rest next month.

Part 1 About you
We only use this to reach you about your character.
List the links you want on your public creator card, like your X, Instagram, YouTube, shop, or portfolio. We only show what you list here.
Part 2 Your character
Tell us their species or creature form too, whether they are a starborn human, a forest spirit, or a winged beast.
Part 3 Backstory
Please keep it to 300 words or less. Where did they come from, and what calls them toward the light? 0 words
Part 4 Personality and Voice (or sounds)

This helps us write your character and give them a voice. Describe the voice in your own words, and we will create the voice from your description. No recordings needed.

Creatures who do not speak can describe their sounds and how they communicate instead, for example a phoenix that sings in rising notes, or a star whale that hums in deep chords. Skip any voice detail that does not fit.

How do they act, what drives them, how do they treat others, any quirks or habits?
One to three sentences describing the voice, or the sounds a creature makes. Here are four examples to spark ideas:
Example 1

"Sounds about 16. Bright, fast, and curious with a West Coast American accent. Sarcastic but kind, and says 'hold up' when something surprises him."

Example 2

"Sounds mid 30s. Warm, low, and steady with a soft Irish lilt. Speaks slowly and calmly, and laughs quietly before saying something serious."

Example 3

"Ancient but gentle, sounds over 70. A soft, raspy near-whisper with no clear accent. Long pauses, and often answers a question with a riddle."

Example 4: Creature

"A young star dragon. Sounds like distant thunder rolling under warm purring. Chirps when curious, rumbles when protective. Never speaks words, only feelings."

Describe the voice in your own words. Please do not name a real actor, singer, or celebrity.

  • Portrait, 2:3 ratio. For example 1024x1536 or 2000x3000 pixels.
  • High resolution. Crisp enough to print on a poster or card.
  • Character clearly visible. Full body or bust.
  • No watermarks. Text-free is preferred.

Share your stills with a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Set sharing to Anyone with the link can view.

  • Links must be public so anyone can view them. We need to be able to open and download your files.
  • Original, full size files are best.
  • Google Drive or Dropbox is recommended for stills because X compresses images, but a public X post link works too.
  • You can share up to 3 separate links, or put all your stills in one shared folder and paste that single folder link into Still 1.
  • Please keep your files up until you hear back from us.

Content rules for stills. Sexy and stylish is welcome when private areas are fully covered. No nudity or sexual acts. Any character shown in a sexy way must clearly be an adult.

Optional. A short intro, animation, or voice test of your character on Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, or a public X post. Set sharing so anyone with the link can view, and keep it up until you hear back from us.

Part 9 Rights and protection

These keep you, your character, and the Starseed Chronicles safe. Each one is required. The full Registry Terms are just below in plain words.

Registry Terms

Thank you for trusting us with your character. Here is what submitting means, in plain words.

  • Your character stays yours. You keep ownership.
  • Only send what is yours. You created the character and own or have the rights to everything you send: the name, art, stills, any video, and story.
  • Original only. Your character is not based on or owned by another studio, company, or franchise.
  • Permission to use. You give Infused Lights a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, feature, adapt, and promote your character (name, look, stills, backstory, and abilities), along with any character video you share, in the Starseed Chronicles. That includes episodes, stories, games, trading cards and related products, our website, social media, and promotional materials. The license is royalty-free unless a separate written contract says otherwise, and it lasts until you ask us to remove your character (things already released may stay released). Non-exclusive means you are still free to use your character anywhere else.
  • Changes may happen. We may adjust your character's design, story, or abilities to fit the Starseed Chronicles universe, or we may choose not to use it.
  • Similar ideas. We may already be developing, or may later create, similar characters, ideas, or stories on our own. Submitting does not give you a claim over them.
  • No guarantees. Submitting does not guarantee selection or a feature, and submitting alone does not create any payment. Any paid collaboration or royalties are set in a separate written contract.
  • Working together. If we choose your character for the series, we will reach out to collaborate with you on bringing it to life.
  • Royalties. If your character becomes a recurring part of the Starseed Chronicles world and the series grows, we will work out a written agreement with you that includes royalties.   • Promos and credit. We may show your stills, character, and creator name or handle in Registry promos and spotlights, and we will credit you where practical.
  • Voices. We only ask for a written description of your character's voice, and we create the voice from that description. A character video is welcome, but we still create the voice from your written description. A description does not give permission to copy any real person's voice, so please use your own words and do not name a real actor, singer, or celebrity.
  • All-ages. Keep it fit for an all-ages story. Sexy, flirty, and confident designs are welcome, like corsets, fitted outfits, short skirts, and fantasy costumes, as long as private areas are fully covered. No nudity, no see-through clothing over private areas, and no sexual acts or poses. Any character shown in a sexy or flirty way must clearly be an adult. No hate or gore.   • Age. You are 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has agreed to your submission.
  • Your creator card. If your character is accepted, your creator card shows your creator name, handle, character, stills, and only the links you listed. You can ask us to update your links any time by emailing support@infusedlights.com.
  • Removal. You can remove your character any time. Email support@infusedlights.com and we will take down your creator card and gallery entry and stop any new use of your character. Episodes, cards, or products that were already released before your request may stay as they are.
