Abila the Ability Trainer

Characters
Abila the Ability Trainer is an elf shopkeeper with a yellow whistle, a wooden crook staff and a stall of ability books.
She teaches perseverance. She does not hand power out. She makes you earn it.
Abila is a dedicated trainer with an encouraging smile and a push through spirit, like a coach aunt unlocking potential. From the training grounds, she trains new abilities to overcome weaknesses and teaches perseverance through growth. She is motivational, patient, and genuinely believes in everyone's potential.

Abila runs a stall where people train skills, buy ability books, or bring books to unlock new ones. She is a general trainer who trains new abilities, unlocks moves and offers quests for training trials. She helps the Alliance push through and unlock what is already in them.
An energetic coach. Direct, encouraging, and firm. She uses the whistle when she means it and talks with her hands. She gets focused when someone is close to unlocking something, and she smiles when the work is real. She does not waste time on excuses.
Her voice is clear and bright, a little sharp on the whistle, and it softens when the trainee is close.
Ability Unlock. Abila can open a new skill path when the trainee has earned it. The glowing figure shows the form, and the books hold the method. She unlocks new moves and perseverance buffs. Perseverance unlocks potential.
Abila can push trainees too hard, which leads to despair and burnout. Renewal from Aether helps restore balance.
Perseverance is a trained ability.
Try this today: Train perseverance by learning something new today.
Abila's theme is perseverance as a trained ability. In her shop the glowing figure shows the form and the books hold the method, but the work belongs to the trainee. Perseverance is not something handed over at the counter. It is built by showing up, trying again and learning something new. That is her lesson for everyday life too: train your potential daily, and keep going until it unlocks.
