Kaida

About Kaida

Kaida is of mountain-elf lineage, though she spent years studying energy flow and sacral mastery in the lower valleys and along the light streams of Aetheria. She returned to the Bright Resistance Groves when the shadow pressure intensified, choosing to help train the next generation rather than remain isolated in study.

She holds the Sacral position in the Unity Training Clearing, the center of emotion, creativity, and controlled motion. Without Flow, the Root becomes rigid and the higher chakras cannot fully express.

Personality

Composed, observant, and precise. Kaida speaks with quiet confidence and rarely raises her voice. She values control over power and fluidity over force. She has little patience for students who thrash or force results. She believes true strength comes from knowing when to yield and when to redirect.

She shares a calm professional respect with Rorik. They balance each other: he plants the feet, she teaches the body how to move once the feet are planted. She is protective of the emotional and energetic state of those who train under her.
