Welcome to InfusedLights.com (the “Site”), operated by Infused Lights (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Infused Lights is a consciousness-focused brand offering apparel, digital products, educational content, and related goods connected to Infused Lights and The Starseed Chronicles. Contact: support@infusedlights.com.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place orders. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Products & orders
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are for information and may change. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/fulfillment issues). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item(s).
Made-to-order and partner-fulfilled items are produced or shipped after purchase; slight variations in print, color, or materials can occur.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, including a 60-day return window for eligible physical items.
6. Digital products
Digital purchases are licensed for your personal use unless a product page states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share downloadable files except as expressly allowed. Because digital goods are delivered electronically, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or when a file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
7. Intellectual property
Site content — including text, graphics, logos, artwork, The Starseed Chronicles materials, and software — is owned by Infused Lights or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal use incidental to shopping or reading on the Site.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no harassment, illegal activity, scraping at scale, attempts to breach security, impersonation, or posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. We may suspend access for violations.
9. User content
If you submit reviews, comments, prayer requests, Light Network applications, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content in connection with the Site. You are responsible for what you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
10. Third-party links & affiliates
The Site may link to third-party websites or include affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and other partners). We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
11. Disclaimers
Educational, spiritual, wellness, and entertainment content on the Site is for general information and inspiration only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infused Lights and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for the product(s) at issue in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Infused Lights and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Orange County or Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
