Meet Lindsay
Lindsay knows the world of energy work can feel unfamiliar at first, so she keeps every session gentle and welcoming. Her sessions focus on deep relaxation and helping you slow down and decompress, while fully respecting each person's boundaries and spiritual beliefs. Blending her intuitive guidance with your own inner knowing, she shapes each session just for you. She also offers sliding scale pricing so wellness can be within reach for everyone.
“Whether you are brand new to these practices or a seasoned regular, I would love to support your wellness journey.”
