Lauren is the author of Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins. Through personal experiences, research and a passion for understanding consciousness, she explores spirituality, extraterrestrial contact and humanity's evolving future.
Meet Lauren
Lauren spent sixteen years in the corporate world as an IT consultant and project manager before becoming a stay at home mother. While raising her three little ones, she began an in depth exploration into spirituality, researching near death experiences, hypnosis and consciousness while studying mediumship and energy healing. In January 2025, Lauren experienced a benevolent encounter with an extraterrestrial followed by a series of otherworldly experiences. These events became the foundation of her first book, Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins. She lives with her husband, three children and their delightfully crazy dog. When she is not meditating and writing, she is picking up toys, preparing meals for her kids and running with her dog.
Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins
Lauren was a former IT consultant and typical suburban mom when a middle of the night encounter with an extraterrestrial changed everything. In Our Galactic and Spiritual Origins, she recounts her encounters with the Ohorai and Pleiadian galactic races, along with the messages they communicated through a channeler. Drawing on years of meditation and spiritual exploration, Lauren explores reincarnation, the soul's journey, galactic lives, and life during and after a spiritual awakening. The book also looks at psychic abilities including mediumship and channeling, starseeds and galactic past lives, galactic races and civilizations, galactic DNA and hybrids, and spiritual awakening and purpose.
