Live and Breathe Reiki is the home of Stefanie Ruth, an intuitive psychic medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records teacher and best selling author who helps people around the world awaken their gifts, align their energy and trust their intuition.
Meet Stefanie
Following her own spiritual awakening in 2011, Stefanie dedicated her life to studying Reiki, intuitive development and holistic approaches to personal growth. She is an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, an Akashic Records teacher and an NLP Practitioner, and she calls herself your spiritual bestie with a little extra connection to Spirit. Rather than fixing, she helps you understand yourself more deeply, so you can shift your energy and choices from a place of awareness and self trust.
When Spirit Talks
Stefanie hosts the award winning podcast When Spirit Talks, a spiritual and intuitive development show that inspires listeners to trust their inner knowing and receive deeper guidance from spirit. It won Best Inspiration and Motivation Podcast at the 2026 Women Podcasters Awards and was named a Spotify 2025 Marathon Show, Talked About Show and Most Shared Show. She is also the author of the best selling guidebook Your Sacred Journey: The Ultimate Guidebook to Align Your Mind, Body and Spirit, and MSN named her one of its Top 10 Health Voices to Follow in 2025.
“It's so refreshing to come across an intuitive who encourages you to trust your own inner compass instead of relying on theirs.”
