Sacred Tones Sound Healing Studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a space where sound becomes an invitation to slow down, settle into the present moment and reconnect with yourself. Founder Jen Lucas offers personalized sessions with tuning forks, Himalayan singing bowls and other carefully chosen instruments in a welcoming, nonjudgmental setting.
Meet Jen
Jen’s deep interest in sound and light led her to formal training in several vibrational sound and energy modalities. She earned her Sound Therapy Practitioner certification in 2021 from Shift Meditation in Amsterdam and holds Foundational and Advanced certifications in The Alexander Method of Vibrational Sound and Energy Therapy, which uses tuning forks. She also serves as the sound provider at the Holistic Healing Center of Nemacolin Resort.
Drawing on her intuition, Jen creates frequency combinations that resonate with each person in the room, and she works alongside Rhonda Collins, who brings more than 40 years in the wellness world as a holistic frequency practitioner.
