The Muse KC is a sound healing and wellness studio in Kansas City's River Market, owned by Kristen Daschke. Now celebrating three years, it is a sanctuary where the power of sound meets holistic wellness and creative expression.

About the studio

Since 2023, The Muse KC has invited guests to relax deeply, reconnect with themselves and discover new possibilities for well being through sound, movement, mindfulness and creativity. The studio sits on the third floor of the historic Cromwell Building near 5th and Walnut, an 850 square foot space with brick walls, hardwood floors, live plants and natural light. Mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets are all provided.

“The space was gorgeous and the experience was wonderful. I left feeling the most relaxed I've been in months!”

Janet L., a guest of The Muse KC
