Amarsi is the breathwork practice of Claudia Nanino in Denver, Colorado. The name is an Italian verb that means to love oneself and to love each other, and Claudia brings that heart to everything she offers: conscious breathwork, retreats, ceremony and crystals. She is a master breathwork facilitator and crystal curator who has led thousands of journeys around the world.
Meet Claudia
A Colorado native, Claudia returned to Denver in 2016 and found conscious breathwork while rebuilding her life. Answering her soul’s calling, she completed an apprenticeship with Christian de la Huerta that included more than 250 hours of hands on training, left her corporate career behind and now devotes herself fully to this work. She also holds a 200 hour yoga certification and has completed more than 50 hours of trauma informed training.

Conscious breathwork and ceremony
Claudia facilitates conscious breathwork journeys in person and online, as private one on one sessions or groups, both public and private. She typically hosts four or five in person groups and three or four virtual groups each month. A free 15 minute call is available for anyone with questions, and sliding scale options are offered with a focus on making breathwork more accessible to everyone. She also leads ceremonies, offers breathwork consulting and breath education for businesses and groups, and hosts private retreats and ceremonies for individuals or groups.
Her ceremonial cacao comes from a Mayan woman owned regenerative farm in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, and is served before a breathwork journey to open the heart and set intentions.
Retreats near and far
- Breath of Egypt, November 25 to December 5, 2026. Eleven days from Cairo to Aswan with four conscious breathwork journeys, private access to the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid, and a sail down the Nile, guided with Egyptologist Rabie Khaled. This journey is sold out.
- AMOR, a retreat into love, February 26 to 28, 2027. A weekend at Joyful Journey Hot Springs in Moffat, Colorado, about two and a half hours from Denver, with conscious breathwork journeys, self love and conscious love workshops, a cacao ceremony and the mineral hot springs. This is the fourth year of this retreat, with details coming soon.
- Ancestral Initiation in Chavin, Peru, May 2027. A journey of conscious breathwork and ceremony among ancient temples and natural wonders, with specifics coming soon.
- ALMA in Mexico, 2027. Dates to be announced.
Train and grow with Claudia
Claudia’s Conscious Breathwork Apprenticeship is a ten month program of more than 250 hours, launched in March 2020 and rooted in trauma informed care. It blends two five day in person immersions in Denver with biweekly Zoom sessions, practicum work and guest speakers, with 36 hours devoted to creating a safe space for others. The next cohort begins in April 2027. Those who have already trained can add to their skills with Apprenticeship 2.0, supplemental training and one to one consulting.
