Lotus Livin is a sanctuary for healing, personal growth and mind, body and spirit wellness in Scottsdale, Arizona. Founded by intuitive healer Charisse Vogler, it offers Reiki, immersive sound healing, Kundalini yoga and meditation to help people release stress, restore energetic balance and reconnect with their authentic selves. Meet Charisse
Charisse has spent her life exploring spirituality, healing and the power of energy. From childhood she felt guided by her angels and spirit teachers, an intuitive connection that shaped her purpose as a healer. She is a Usui Reiki Master, Egyptian Seichem Reiki Master, Energy Radiance Practitioner and Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and she is also a Birth Doula, offering spiritual and emotional support through life’s most sacred transitions. Her studies in herbal medicine, sound healing, crystal healing and spiritual coaching let her weave many holistic gifts into each session.
Reiki and sound healing
Reiki at Lotus Livin uses gentle energy work to help clear energetic blockages, encourage relaxation and support the body’s natural ability to heal, and many clients make it part of an ongoing emotional release journey. Sound healing sessions use carefully chosen frequencies, including crystal singing bowls, to quiet mental chatter and invite deep relaxation and emotional release.
Kundalini yoga and meditation
Mindful movement, breathwork and meditation come together in Kundalini yoga to awaken inner awareness and strengthen the connection between mind, body and spirit, supporting emotional resilience and a greater sense of purpose.
What a session feels like
Every session is personalized. It begins with setting an intention while Charisse listens deeply and tunes into your energy field. Then comes the energetic alignment itself, through Reiki, sound or meditation, as gentle touch, vibration and intuitive guidance help harmonize the chakras. Afterward she shares grounding techniques and self care practices so the healing keeps unfolding long after you leave.
