Jennifer Wai is an energy healing practitioner in Jersey City, New Jersey, who combines Reiki, tuning fork sound healing, shamanic guidance and intuitive energy reading. Whether someone is carrying chronic stress, emotional weight, grief or a persistent sense of being stuck, each session is designed to locate what is creating dissonance in the body and shift it at the root. She welcomes clients in person at her private studio and offers remote sessions worldwide.

Jennifer found these modalities on her own healing journey. Along the way she experienced many kinds of practitioners, and those experiences shaped everything about how she shows up for the people who come to her. She brings genuine lived experience, trauma informed training and deep respect for the traditions she has been trusted to carry.

Reiki, sound and shamanic guidance
Her Reiki is rooted in two lineages, Jikiden Reiki at the sixth generation and Holy Fire Reiki, bringing together the traditional Japanese precision of Jikiden and the expansive, spiritually activating quality of Holy Fire. Precision tuning forks in a variety of tones help identify, recalibrate and balance the frequency of the body, reaching places that touch alone cannot.
Shamanic healing works with the deeper layers of the self. In Jennifer’s sessions it can include guided visualization and journeying, cord cutting, energy clearing and inner child work, depending on what is needed. Many clients describe leaving lighter, calmer and clearer, and some say they travel or receive visual messages during the work.
Ways to work with Jennifer
Every session is personalized to where you are that day. Options range from a 45 minute Energy Reset with Reiki and sound, to her most popular 60 minute Reiki and Sound Resonance session, to a 90 minute session that adds an intuitive reading. The Full Tune Up is her most complete offering, a two hour session weaving shamanic journeying, Reiki and tuning fork sound therapy. She also offers intuitive oracle readings by phone and remote energy readings over Zoom for clients anywhere in the world.
Jennifer also brings short sound and Reiki sessions and intuitive oracle readings to offices, events, retreats and private gatherings in Jersey City, Hoboken and New York City.
