Rainbow Raaja is the practice of Emily Christensen in Sumner, Washington. Emily is a Shamanic Healer, transformational guide and the host of the Rainbows Rising Podcast, and she works with sensitive and intuitive people through life’s deeper transitions, from emotional upheaval and spiritual awakening to the quiet realization that they were meant for more. She offers in person sessions in Sumner and virtual sessions worldwide.
Meet Emily
Emily writes on her website that massage therapy has been a passion since she was a child, and that she attended the Hands on Healing Institute in Tujunga for massage therapy. She went on to study Reiki, crystal therapy, polarity therapy, energy therapy and sound therapy, with over 400 hours of energy modalities, and later met her mentors Paul Hinsberger and Neelam Nanwani, who introduced her to Shamanism. She has since explored shamanic practices from many cultures around the world, and she says the most profound teachers have been life, nature and the spirits themselves.

Sessions and guidance
Emily describes her work as a bridge between the practical and the mystical, combining energy medicine, intuitive guidance, body based healing and grounded spiritual mentoring. Her sessions are offered in person in Sumner, serving Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Puyallup and the greater Pierce County area, and online worldwide.
- Shamanic Healing. An ancient practice that draws guidance from nature. A session includes one or two of Angelic Healing, Past Life Healing, Channeling, Power Animal Retrieval and Tarot and Oracle Reading, and some sessions include an item to take home, such as a charged animal totem or a crystal.
- Energy Healing. An online session that works with the body’s subtle energy for balance, relaxation and overall well being.
- Intuitive Guidance. Clarity, insight and grounded guidance for the questions or transitions you are navigating.
- Mentorship. Ongoing guidance to develop your spiritual practice, intuitive abilities and personal mastery.
The Reign Cycle
The Reign Cycle is the heart of Emily’s Rainbow Raaja Method, a four phase path from life’s storms to personal sovereignty: Storm, Alchemy, Rainbow and Reign. Each phase is a package that carries you to the next, beginning with Storm Integration for weathering a personal storm, then Spectrum Healing, then The Royal Treatment to align and integrate, and finally Valiant Soul Mentorship to expand your skills as a creator of your own life.
Rainbows Rising Podcast and App
Rainbows Rising is Emily’s weekly podcast of insights and practices for spiritual growth and self discovery, and each episode invites you to Ascend Together. It is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music, and it won Silver in the Podcast category of the COVR Visionary Awards in 2021. Her companion Rainbows Rising app turns spiritual teachings into short real world quests, with a calm Simple mode and an adventure style Realm mode, and her site lists a beta and a January 2027 launch.
Community, learning and events
Emily’s Reignbow Warriors community lives on Patreon, with free monthly Mystery School lessons and community updates and a paid tier with a monthly Full Moon Ceremony and more. She is also building the Ascending Master’s Academy, a growing set of courses that includes From Victim to Valiant, and she has written a self reflection journal and shares original art. Her site also has a free Energy Clearing meditation download, and she is available for speaking, workshops, sound baths, ceremonies, wedding officiation, corporate wellness events and retreats, locally in Washington or for travel on request.
Her site lists awards including Business Rate’s Best Alternative Medicine Practitioner of Pierce County 2026 and of Sumner 2025, and the GHP Holistic Health Awards’ Best Shamanic Energy Infused Massage Therapist of Washington 2026. She has also co authored more than 50 articles on wikiHow as a field expert.
