Amy Lynn Lohr is a Reiki Master, somatic practitioner and the creator of Sensory Reiki®, an immersive 90 minute experience weaving traditional Usui Reiki with somatic touch, sound, scent, breath and sensory ritual, offered from her private studio in Wailuku, Maui.
Meet Amy
For more than twenty years Amy has explored the wellness world with one central curiosity: what helps people feel more connected to themselves in a way they can actually sense in the body. When she moved to Maui in 2008, the island opened her heart and changed how she understood presence and connection. Over years of hands on practice, that exploration became Sensory Reiki®.
“Some things aren’t meant to be understood. They’re meant to be experienced.”

What is Sensory Reiki®?
Each session is built around one guiding question: what does your body need in order to receive? Amy weaves together Usui Reiki, gentle somatic touch, breath, sound, music, chimes and tuning forks, crystals, scent, warmth and texture, choosing every element in response to you as the session unfolds. Each experience is collaborative and consent centered, with time to connect and set an intention before the table work and time to ground and reflect afterward.
“My role isn’t to fix you. It’s to create an experience where you can slow down enough to notice what your body, energy and inner knowing have been trying to tell you.”
