Create Grow Flow offers Reiki, sound baths and Reiki classes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. Its invitation is simple: rest, reset and come back to yourself.
Meet Lisa
Create Grow Flow was founded by Lisa Baker, a Usui/Holy Fire World Peace Reiki Master Teacher, sound bath practitioner and retreat facilitator. Her journey into energy work began during a season of deep personal transformation as a new mother, when Reiki and sound became her own tools for grounding and self connection. What started as personal practice soon became a calling to help others find more calm, clarity and ease.
Before this chapter, Lisa was a special education teacher, and that work still shapes how she holds space: meeting people where they are and making sure everyone feels supported and welcome. Her approach blends grounded energy work with compassion, intuition and practicality. As she puts it, sometimes it begins simply by giving yourself permission to pause, breathe and receive support.
Ways to work with Lisa
- 1:1 Reiki sessions. A quiet hour that is entirely yours, offered in Stamford, New Canaan and Ridgefield or remotely.
- The Signature Energy Session. A multi modality experience weaving Reiki, tuning forks, crystals and intuitive guidance, opened with an oracle reading and closed with an affirmation card.
- Sound baths. Group and private sessions with singing bowls, drums, chimes and tuning forks, offered around Norwalk, Stamford, Wilton, New Canaan, Ridgefield and Redding, or at your own location.
- Reiki certification. Classes in levels 1, 2 and Master for anyone feeling called to deepen their practice or share it with others.
- Virtual Reiki Circles. A monthly gathering on Zoom with guided meditation, group Reiki, journaling and sacred connection.
- Home Energy Reset. Energetic cleansing to release stagnant energy and help a home feel lighter and more like yours.
“I have attended Lisa's sound baths and had a personal Reiki session with her and every experience leaves me feeling grounded, calm and empowered.”
