Teresa Sophia Rose is an Akashic, Crystalline Light and Galactic channeler and ascension guide, helping people find their path to remembrance and connect with their true self, in person and on Zoom.
Meet Teresa
Teresa describes herself as an empathetic, multi sensory Galactic Channeler, Crystalline Light Healer, DNA Alchemist, Akashic Records Reader, Frequency Keeper, Light Weaver, Gridworker and DNA Blueprint Activator. She is deeply passionate about supporting people to unlock their true authentic power and live a life filled with happiness and joy.
After her spiritual awakening in 2015, Teresa studied for over a decade across many spiritual and alternative modalities before finding her soul calling in the Akash. She began her Akashic Practitioner Training in 2020, and she has traveled to spiritual vortexes including Egypt, Glastonbury, Kauai, Maui, Oahu, Mount Shasta and Sedona. She draws on Eastern philosophies, Ancient Wisdom, Quantum Science and multidimensional connection as her guides.
Her approach centers on helping each person cultivate self awareness, recognize their self worth and reconnect with their Higher and True Self, in a safe, non judgmental sacred space. As she puts it, you are a Divine Being of Light.
