Reiki and Sound Healing by Lauren Stroud brings gentle energy work and the soothing tones of crystal bowls to Brenham, Texas and the communities around it. Lauren is a Certified Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner who comes to you, with mobile and distance sessions offered by appointment seven days a week.
Meet Lauren
Lauren was born and raised in Brenham, where she still lives today. She grew up a country girl who loved riding horses and always dreamed of helping others. Her own long and hard road, including more than ten years of fighting through serious illness, led her to plant and holistic wellness, and that positive, stubborn spirit of hers is now what she shares with her community.
Along the way she spent years helping her husband Chase with his long range shooting school, Pump’s Precision Rifle Training, where she met many Veterans. Together they partnered with the Mend the Heart Foundation to host outdoor range day sessions for Veterans, and Veterans still hold a special place in her heart. Raised a Christian, Lauren is now an Ordained Minister as well as a Reiki Master and sound practitioner, and she is committed to giving more of her time to non profits and to the Veterans she cares about.

What Lauren offers
- Reiki. A gentle practice with little to no touch, her hands held just above the body, inviting the nervous system to relax into a state of deep rest. No specific beliefs are needed to enjoy it.
- Sound healing. Crystal bowls, tuning forks and gongs create tones and vibrations that help the mind settle and the body let go of tension, much like a deep meditation.
- Mobile and distance sessions. Lauren comes to you, or works with you from a distance, so you can relax in a space that already feels like home.
- Support for Veterans. A dedicated offering for the warriors carrying the weight, shared with honesty, patience and a whole lot of heart.
