The Luna Alchemy Collective is a warmly lit, plant filled sanctuary for yoga, sound healing and the restorative arts in Ponderay, Idaho, just five minutes from downtown Sandpoint. Founded by sound healing facilitator Amanda Bailey, it is a place to rest, restore and simply return to yourself.
Meet Amanda and the Collective
Luna Alchemy began with sound: crystal bowls, resonance and the discovery that deep rest can reach places effort cannot. Amanda began her sound healing journey in the summer of 2023 and created Luna Alchemy for people moving through life’s transitions, anyone longing for a peaceful place to land. Amanda is also a Hot Pilates instructor, microblading artist and retreat host, known for her nurturing presence and intuitive guidance. When she is not teaching, you will often find her hiking, paddleboarding or exploring the mountains with her two adventurous boys.
When it became clear that The Yellow Room and Luna Alchemy shared the same heart for serving their community, the two came together as The Luna Alchemy Collective. Today Amanda, Likhita and Ren steward the vision together, joined by a circle of Sandpoint area teachers, sound practitioners, Reiki practitioners and bodyworkers.

What Luna Alchemy offers
- Sound baths. Rest in a silk hammock or a nest of blankets while crystal and brass singing bowls wash over you. There is nothing to do and nothing to get right.
- Private sound journeys. Amanda plays the bowls for you alone, for two, or for a small group, shaped around your intention, whether that is a birthday, an anniversary or a quiet celebration.
- Sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls. Personalized sessions with April Kennedy, a Certified Sound Therapist.
- Gentle and restorative yoga. Gentle Yoga, Restorative Slow Flow, Yin Yoga and Yin Yoga with Reiki, slow on purpose and welcoming to every body.
- Reiki and bodywork. Private Reiki sessions with Master Reiki practitioner Katelyn, plus therapeutic massage, Thai yoga stretch and Himalayan salt stone sessions with Dawn.
- Movement. Ecstatic dance twice a week and somatic breathwork, no choreography or experience needed.
- Support circles. Gathering with Grief, a free monthly circle open to all, for being with loss together.
Gatherings and retreats
Full moon sound baths, workshops and community gatherings weave the collective’s practices together, and most events welcome first timers and visitors passing through Sandpoint. Amanda also hosts the Wild Alchemy Women’s Retreat, a four day retreat to remember, reclaim and embody who you are, at Boulder Creek Retreat Center in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
